The PowerPac PP3245 Water-Proof Wireless Door Bell, with Volume Adjust & Tone Selector comprises a Transmitter and a Receiver, both of which are provided. It requires no drilling, no broadband or internet connection required and is completely portable.

The Transmitter consists of a push button enclosed in a rectangular box which should be installed outside the home or office beside the door and is secured by adhesive tape. It does not require any batteries. The Transmitter has an Ingress Protection (IP) rating of 44 which protects against contact with live or moving parts inside it by tools, wires, or such objects of thickness greater than 1 mm; or, of small solid foreign bodies (diameter greater than 1 mm). Water splashed against it from any direction shall have no harmful effect. 

The Receiver is a device with a 3-Pin Plug. It can be plugged anywhere within a radius of 100 metres and will emit sounds when the push button on the Transmitter is pressed. As it is to be plugged into the wall or extension socket, the device does not require any batteries.

Both the Transmitter and Receiver are compact and aesthetically pleasing, with matching shades of white. The PowerPac PP3245 Water-Proof Wireless Door Bell, with Volume Adjust & Tone Selector is ideal for homes, offices, guest rooms in hotels, etc. and allows the occupants to be notified if someone requires entry into the premises, thus allowing them freedom to be engaged in other activities. It is suitable to be placed at reception desks where clients who arrive can notify the staff of their arrival. It is especially suitable to be placed in places where it would likely get splashed with water on occasions.

Installation

• Insert the 3-Pin Plug of the Receiver into a wall or extension socket anywhere within 100 metres of the Transmitter and switch ON.
• Press & hold the Music Selection Button of the Receiver until the Receiver sounds and the LED Light flashes.
• Press the Push Button of the Transmitter within 30 seconds. The Receiver sounds and the LED light flashes.
• The Transmitter and Receiver are now in sync and have been paired successfully.
• Fix the Transmitter next to the door using the adhesive tape.
• Avoid locations near sources of heat or electromagnetism.

 Operating Guide:

• (optional) Press the Music Selection Button at the back of the Receiver to change amongst the 16 melodies.
• Press the Volume Button of the Receiver to increase or decrease the volume of the Door Bell.
